RCC and Steel Structural Detailing
We create or refine Revit structural models with detailed RCC and steel components, including columns, beams, slabs, walls, footings, and connections. Rebar zoning, cover, lap details, and steel connections align with consultant inputs, ensuring a reliable model for all downstream deliverables.
Reinforcement Detailing and Shop Drawings
We deliver reinforcement detailing from structural models, including BBS, placement drawings, bar marks, bend shapes, cut lengths, laps, hooks, and weight calculations. Steel shop drawings cover connections, erection sequences, and bolt and weld details, all verified against structural calculations before release.
Quantity Takeoffs and BOQ
We extract accurate quantities directly from the BIM model, including concrete volumes, rebar weight, steel tonnage, and formwork areas. Reports can be broken down by floor, zone, or work package, giving developers clearer bid comparisons and contractors a reliable cost base for procurement.
