3D Laser Scanning & High-Precision Data Capture
We capture existing site conditions through high-precision 3D laser scanning, covering internal spaces, structures, MEP services, and congested plant rooms. Registered point clouds reflect exact conditions, replacing outdated files.
Scan-to-BIM & As-Built / HBIM Modelling

We convert point clouds into as-built BIM models (LOD 300/400). For historic structures, we extend this to Heritage BIM (HBIM), capturing irregular geometries, arches, and custom details for conservation planning.
As-Built Drawings & Handover Documentation
We extract floor plans, elevations, sections, and routing drawings directly from the verified model. Deliverables include deviation reports, scan accuracy files, and asset records for digital twin initialization.
