Design Development & Space Planning
We develop the model from the design brief through schematic and design development stages. Space planning is resolved in 3D from the start, covering functional zones, circulation, structural grid alignment, and area schedules so every stakeholder works from one accurate, coordinated reference.
GFC / IFC / Tender Drawing Production
Once the design is locked, we extract complete drawing packages directly from the BIM model. Tender sets support contractor pricing, IFC sets are coordinated with structural and MEP models, and GFC packages include annotations, schedules, material callouts, and revision histories for site execution.
Stakeholder Design Coordination
We support design review cycles by managing mark-up reviews, tracking model changes, and maintaining live revision logs. Contractors receive build-ready drawing packages, developers get authority-ready documentation, and MEP and structural consultants receive coordinated architectural models they can overlay with confidence.
