MEPF Design Support
When HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems are designed separately and coordinated late, projects often face clashes, RFIs, rework, and delays. MEPF design support converts consultant intent into coordinated layouts for smooth site implementation.
At OneClick BIM, we deliver Revit-based MEPF layouts at the required LOD, aligned with project constraints and codes. We support load calculations and system sizing, including HVAC heat loads, electrical schedules, pipe sizing, and sprinkler hydraulics. With early coordination in a federated model, clashes are minimized and drawings are ready for on-site execution.
Structured Phase-Gated Workflow
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting Layouts
We model HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting layouts in Revit from consultant drawings, calculations, schedules, schematics, and equipment submittals. Each system, including ducts, cable trays, conduits, water lines, drainage, sprinklers, hydrants, and suppression equipment, is developed to code requirements.
Load Calculations and System Sizing
We perform HVAC heat load calculations, electrical load scheduling, demand factor analysis, pipe sizing, drainage calculations, and firefighting hydraulic calculations using consultant inputs, equipment data sheets, and applicable standards. Each calculation is documented and cross-referenced with the model.
Multi-Discipline Coordination and Execution Drawings
Once systems are modeled and calculations are confirmed, we coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting in Navisworks against each other and the structural model. Clashes, clearance issues, access conflicts, and maintenance space violations are resolved before execution drawings are extracted.
