BIM & Digitalization Services
Most projects create BIM models, but few deliver models that remain reliable through construction, handover, and facility operations. BIM and digitalization connect design, coordination, documentation, procurement, scheduling, costing, and asset data into a unified digital workflow.
At OneClick BIM, we provide ISO 19650-compliant BIM services across the full project lifecycle. Our team develops multidisciplinary Revit and Navisworks models, performs clash coordination, produces shop drawings, IFC packages, as-built documentation, BOQ and BOM outputs, and integrates 4D and 5D data for programme and cost control. We also deliver COBie-compliant data, FM-ready models, and Asset Information Models for asset management integration.

ISO 19650 Compliant BIM Modeling & Coordination
We build every model to ISO 19650 standards from day one, with BIM Execution Plans, naming conventions, and CDE structures defined. Multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection in Navisworks ensures all conflicts are resolved prior to drawing production.
Drawing Production (Shop / IFC / As-Built) & BOQ
We extract shop, IFC, and as-built drawings directly from the coordinated model, ensuring high consistency. We generate Bills of Quantities and Bills of Materials by work package, trade, floor, or zone directly from the data-rich model.
4D/5D Phasing & COBie/FM Data Integration
We connect models to schedules for 4D sequencing, and budget costs for 5D control. We produce COBie-compliant data drops and FM-ready models with warranties, maintenance plans, and tags for operational systems.
