The WeWork Office Spaces project involved developing accurate BIM models for flexible office environments across multiple locations. The facilities comprised private offices, open workspaces, collaborative areas, and supporting MEP services. The objective was to convert existing as-built CAD drawings into coordinated BIM models to support facility documentation, space planning, and future modifications.

OneClick BIM developed Stage 300 BIM models that provided project stakeholders with a reliable digital representation of the office spaces while improving coordination and documentation accuracy.

OneClick BIM was responsible for creating coordinated BIM models from existing as-built CAD drawings and generating updated project documentation.

Existing Documentation Review

A coordinated Stage 300 BIM model was developed by integrating architectural, interior, and MEP disciplines into a unified digital environment.

Coordination Review

The multidisciplinary model underwent quality checks to verify model accuracy and coordination across all building systems.

Drawing Production

Updated as-built drawings were generated directly from the BIM model to support documentation and future facility management.
