Industrial Film & Manufacturing Facility

Industrial plants have complex multi-service layouts that need precise coordination. For this 42,000 m² facility in the UK, OneClick BIM delivered full LOD 350/400 modeling with multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, structural and MEP systems.

Clash detection finds places where building systems collide in the 3D model so conflicts are resolved before construction. 3D clash resolution was part of this scope, achieving 100% clash-free coordination.

LOD 350 adds coordinated connection and interface detail to the accurate LOD 300 geometry. LOD 350 BIM authoring was used on this project to support construction documentation and clash resolution.

Construction sheets are the 2D drawings generated from the coordinated BIM model. 2D construction sheet generation was part of this scope, producing drawing packages from the coordinated model.

Asset tagging links equipment and components in the model to their asset data. Asset tagging was part of this scope, supporting the facility's long-term asset management.

ISO 19650 is the international standard for managing information over the life of a built asset. This project was delivered ISO 19650 compliant, with structured information management throughout.

Fully coordinated BIM models plus the construction drawing packages generated from them. For this facility, the deliverables were produced on schedule with 100% clash-free coordination.
