Humanities Building Courtyard

The Humanities Building Courtyard redevelopment involved creating an accurate BIM model of the existing courtyard and its surrounding infrastructure at the University of Manchester. The project focused on digitally documenting the existing architectural, structural, and MEP systems to support future redevelopment and improve project coordination.

OneClick BIM developed a coordinated Stage 300 BIM model that provided stakeholders with a reliable digital representation of the courtyard, enabling accurate planning, multidisciplinary coordination, and comprehensive project documentation.
