Interior BIM modeling builds a detailed 3D representation of a building's interior spaces, finishes and layouts. For DAMAC Bay, OneClick BIM developed coordinated LOD 350 interior models that captured the complex layouts and premium finishes of the luxury residences.

Luxury developments need precise coordination between design intent and documentation. A coordinated BIM model kept the interior layouts accurate and consistent across all design documentation, supporting efficient project coordination through the design phase.

LOD 350 means the model elements carry accurate geometry plus the interfaces and connections needed for coordination with other systems. It is a step above basic design geometry and suits detailed design development and documentation, as used on this project.

Coordinated drawings are generated directly from the 3D model, so plans and documentation always match the modeled design. On this project, design drawings were produced from the LOD 350 model to support the design and documentation requirements.

Design coordination means checking that all parts of the design work together in one model before documentation is issued. The DAMAC Bay model underwent quality checks to verify accuracy, consistency and alignment with the project documentation.
