Creek Crescent Tower

Creek Crescent Tower is a landmark residential development in Downtown Dubai comprising two residential towers of 39 and 21 storeys, offering 307 apartments along with retail spaces, a business centre, swimming pools, fitness facilities, and recreational amenities. The project required a coordinated BIM approach to support design development, construction coordination, and project delivery across multiple disciplines.

OneClick BIM delivered comprehensive BIM services from design coordination through construction support, helping project stakeholders improve collaboration, reduce coordination issues, and streamline project execution.

OneClick BIM was responsible for delivering multidisciplinary BIM services throughout the project lifecycle.

The project scope included:

  • Stage 300-500 BIM Modelling

  • Architectural, Structural, Interior, MEP & Landscape Modelling

  • Clash Detection & Coordination

  • Shop Drawing Production

  • 4D Construction Sequencing

The coordinated BIM environment served as the central source of project information throughout design and construction.

The scale and complexity of a high-rise mixed-use development required seamless coordination across multiple disciplines while maintaining model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Efficient clash detection, coordinated documentation, and construction sequencing were essential to minimise rework and support timely project delivery.

BIM Planning

A BIM Execution Plan was developed to establish project standards, workflows, and coordination procedures.

Model Development

Stage 300-500 BIM models were created across architectural, structural, interior, MEP, and landscape disciplines.

Coordination Review

Clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination were carried out to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.

Construction Support

Shop drawings, 4D sequencing, and as-built model updates were produced to support construction and project closeout.
