OneClick BIM was appointed to perform comprehensive Scan-to-BIM modeling and as-built documentation for Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. The team digitized complex freeform roof geometry and extensive MEP systems into ISO 19650-compliant models for facility management.

Point cloud to BIM modeling at LOD 500, structural steel frame digitizing, MEP ducting and piping reverse engineering, COBie asset data tagging.

3D Laser Scanning with Leica RTC360, Point Cloud Registration in Cyclone, Autodesk Revit 2024 modeling, and Navisworks Manage clash detection.
Final BIM Delivery
Delivered LOD 500 Revit model with complete COBie parameter enrichment within 6 weeks, supporting automated facility management.
